Client Access
Enrolling in Client Access takes about 4-5 minutes and involves three main steps. Once you have established your online access, you’ll have convenient, secure access to your Raymond James accounts. You can monitor your assets from any computer or mobile device, and you’ll have the ability to upload and share documents with us using the Vault feature.
Getting Started
Please follow the below steps to enroll in Client Access. Couples/households with individual accounts (i.e. IRAs, Roths) in addition to a joint account, will initially need to create an individual log-in using your individual account number. A view across all accounts will be established thereafter.
Step 1
Gather your Raymond James account number. You can find this in the upper right corner of your electric signature documents. If you cannot find your account number, please call our office and we can provide it to you.
Step 2
Click on the button below to enroll. For added security during your enrollment, an authorization code will be sent to your primary phone number associate with your account. This must be a cell phone number, please call our office if we need to change the phone number in your account information.
Step 3
Set up your notification and document delivery email address and your preferred delivery method for your account statements and annual reports. Opting to receive all tax documents via paper delivery minimizes the risk of a tax document being missed.
